Telus Email not working on iPad

If Telus email is not working on your iPad then you can uninstall it first and then install it again by following below steps for manual set up:

1.  First tap Add Account > Other > Add Mail Account on your iPad.
2.  Then you need to enter your name, email address, password and a description for your account.
3.  Now tap Next. Mail will try to find the email settings and finish your account setup. If Mail finds your email settings, you can tap Done to complete your account setup.

Password: Your webmail password

Outgoing Mail server

Hostname: smtp.telus.net

Username: username@telus.net

Password: Your webmail password

4.   If your email settings are correct, then you can tap Save to finish. If the email settings are not correct, you will be asked to edit them.
